  • Probably my #1 restaurant in PHX and I've been to a lot of great places, but Crudo is truly unique and delicious. Imagine combining Italian and sushi together to form a fusion that is out of this world. Your palate will dance with excitement as you go through a tasting menu of raw and cooked combos. I love the crispy pig ear appetizer (it's like thin crispy bacon- but better) and squid ink risotto! But you can't make a bad choice because everything is superb. I love the style and design of the restaurant too, it's beautiful. Great for a special occasion!
