Extremely Frustrated! I appreciate that Chas Roberts came out the same day that I called them but the rest of the experience was miserable. AC unit went out, had chas come out and take a look at it. Tech said the capacitor was bad and replaced it. Great, now my family can stay cool.....nope! One hour after the tech left it went out again. My family had a not so nice sleep in the heat that night.
I called into to schedule an appointment for them to come back out and explain my frustration with my experience. All I was told was that supervisor would call me back (still waiting).
I feel like nothing was fixed. We pay you (ridiculous amounts of money) to FIX our AC units and you did the exact opposite! I don't want to have to keep calling a company out for a problems that should have been fixed with one trip.
Will update this review when problem is fixed.

Jimmy came out to my home to fix the remaining issues. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. He gave me his business card and offered to call him personally if any issues arise from here on out.
I'll probably be using Chas again mainly because my parts are still under warranty with them. Might be shopping around when warranty is up because of the high labor cost. Its amazing how pricy they are.
