rev:text	My husband and I were out of state buyers looking to purchase an investment property via a 1031 exchange. We had never done this before and our lawyer back home in Minnesota warned us that this type of purchase was tricky. We were so fortunate to find a realtor that guided us through this process seamlessly!! She explained to us the difference between the things we needed to look for in a rental property vs a vacation home. Her goal was to make us successful investors, rather than selling us the most expensive condo she could find. From the time we first contacted Andrea to the time we actually closed on a property was exactly one month. She had every detail about this complicated process lined up for us so all we had to do was sign on the dotted lines. Andrea made the whole experience an exciting adventure. I would highly recommend Andrea for anyone looking for a realtor that is knowledgable about both the Old Town Scottsdale condo community and the 1031 exchange process!!
