  • Just an update for people that are still deciding on using this contractor - as of a month ago after I put the original review in he has completed the tiling in our living room, kitchen, bathroom floor, added in a "temporary " sink and put in our baseboards. What still needs to be completed is below and the response we received from Don is " I'm doing the best I can " after not hearing from him for several days of no returned calls or texts. Don has told the ROC he should have this done in 2 weeks (LIE) that was over a week ago. We are now going on 6 months of a job that was suppose to take roughly 6 weeks. When Don sent the tile crew out they worked quick and did excellent work they stated that they will be back next week to install the bathroom tile since Don told them they were on back order. After speaking with Don, after he collected the last of one of my payments he said the tiles were in and he was waiting for the tile crew to free up. Fast forward a few weeks now he's saying the tiles are on back order still and asked if we wanted to switch the tiles -NO I want the tiles I picked out in December 2017! Apparently he can not keep up with his lies. Also, might I add when he demoed the hallway bathroom he knew how important it was to get this done ASAP as we were having issues in our second bathroom - didn't give a damn because the bathroom is still waiting to be completed. Now we're sitting here patiently waiting AGAIN for this job to be complete but I guess it's because our job has no profit in it anyways -per A text from Don. Don will conveniently always be available when there is money on the line but when the work needs to be done he will magically disappear. LIST OF THINGS STILL NEEDING TO BE COMPLETE Bathroom - -Tile surround -Knobs -Countertops -Electrical -Toilet -Sink Kitchen- -backsplash -Outlets in island -Dishwasher connection -sink ( cabinet needs to be redone for apron sink ) -knobs -6 cabinet faces need replaced -One tile is hallow -Stove vent Bedroom -ceiling from leak -floor tile ( can't be done until masters done, master can't be done until hallway bathroom done ) Baseboards
