  • This is my first yelp post ever although I use yelp all the time to help me choose where to dine, etc. I felt strongly about a certain experience I had and felt inclined to share to give back to the yelp community that has always helped me so much. I had heard about Jet Luxury agency through a friend who had owned a suite at the Signature tower MGM a few years back. I should have known but thought they may have changed their ways after a few years. ~I booked through Jet Luxury for a weekend at the Signature because I found it to be about $40 cheaper a night! I'm also only giving it two stars because of its afforable price, otherwise it'd be one star. ~We were informed at check-in (Tower 3) since we booked through a third party, if we wanted towels, housekeeping, toiletries, service, problems, concerns, etc, we would have to call Jet Luxury for this. Didn't think it was a problem at first till we got to the room. ~The jr. suite was beautiful. It's modern and contemporary. It's pretty large, too. It was clean; however, there were old stains on parts of the couch that housekeeping does not take care of. This is because the individual owner of the suites have to pay to replace the furniture. ~We didn't have an alarm clock in our room. This wouldn't have been an issue as we use our phones for alarms; however, we wanted something big and bright to tell time in the middle of the night PLUS the website says the room has an iHOME (to dock our ipod for music). We wanted to play our playlist from our ipod just for Vegas. I'm sure you may understand how important it is to have music while you get ready to go out in Vegas. I called Thurs immediately upon arrival that I did not have an iHOME. I was told it would come ASAP. It never did. I called again twice on Friday, each time after returning to my room after going out and hoping it was there waiting for me -- never showed (after they apologized and promised to have it delivered). Called again TWICE on saturday, never showed (after leaving voicemails these last two times). I left on Sunday and was pretty pissed. I called on Sunday and was directed to their voicemail as I was on Saturday. No return calls back whatsoever. Throughout this entire weekend, we only got housekeeping on Friday. They NEVER came back, wth?! And yes, I had the housekeeping light on. When they came that one time, they didn't even wash the cups. They made the bed and probably dusted. The towels were never restocked either. I enjoyed Vegas itself and the room as well but Jet Luxury really disappointed me. I seriously thought their employees were having a party that weekend themselves and had dropped all their guests! I asked an MGM housekeeper for toiletries and towels... she said she wasn't allowed to but knew very well that Jet Luxury guests run into these problems so she helped us out. I emailed customer service at JL my experience and also left them a voicemail. All I want is to know what in the world happened that weekend but never received a reply. I also want to add that it's not only me that had trouble that weekend. My girlfriend and her friends stayed there that weekend, too, and ran into similar problems. I hope this helps anyone looking to book through them. If you're more conerned about finances and are willing to be frustrated, go with them. Otherwise I suggest just booking directly through MGM's website.
