gave my niece a mani pedi gift certificate for her birthday and coincidentally, I went with her for the pedi. if I wasn't there I would no have believed her. she was in and out of that chair in about 20 min and 10 of those minutes were on her pedi .... who gets a 10 min pedicure? I was so disappointed and even embarrassed that she didn't get the treatment I intended for her, actually I could have done a better job for her at home. .. I will say that a lady named von was doing a pedi next to me and I was so envious of the foot massage that guy was being vs the quick moving application of lotion and oil applied to my lower leg (not my feet) The worse thing was that I called the shop back after we got home and my niece confirmed how fast her pedi came and went and someone named Michelle , who was actually the one who did her pedi, argued with me about the great job she did and how much time she spent. .... Where the heck is customer service anymore? Don't they realize that without people coming to these shops, they shouldn't have a job. ...? especially since there is 5 nail shops on every corner. .... finally I don't think Michelle really was the manager and if she is., she has a lot to learn about customer retention.....just saing.
