This was the worst customer service experience ive ever had. I had scheduled service during work hours and was told that I would receive a phone call prior to the technician arriving at my home, no call and now a missed appointment. When I called to get rescheduled, spoke with Katie, she lied to me that the tech called all the numbers on the order and that the soonest they could get to me is in a week, when i asked if there was anything sooner and expressed my frustration about not being called, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with John, katie's manager, I was further lied to saying that their system failed but somehow I magically got right back on with him in less than 30 seconds, John was rude and short saying that he had me scheduled for a week out and I asked if there was anything sooner, he was rude in his reply and then suggested i take my business elsewhere. I will never use CMI again and will tell as many people as I can to do the same.
