  • We have been excited to try Urban Jungle since we finally have some indoor fun in the our corner of Mesa. We were disappointed on our first trip. Severely understaffed. 2 ladies checking everyone in, answering questions, and answering the phones. Finally, a third lady came to help once the line was literally around the building. It is much too hot in Phoenix to wait in that type of line for a cool place for kids to play. I also was only able to locate 2 adults supervising the play area. The kids had a great time and the lounge for adults is amazing. Hopefully, they address their issues with staffing.
