This store is just awful, the entire experience. It all starts when you pull in the parking lot and at least half of the covered spaces have a shopping cart in them. It's a shame people are so lazy, but if you aren't going to put cart corrals in convenient locations then you shouldn't expect people to bother, and since you haven't the staff needs to regularly collect them. So that sets the tone, and when you walk into the store you are greeted with overpriced goods compared to others, a very limited selection by comparison and my favorite is the continued issues with out of date product. It's a safety issue, and if it isn't illegal it should be. More than once I've seen this, alerted the completely uncaring manager (no apology, and instead of directing staff to check all product continually asked which one, same as the corporate office I called which is a shame because they should have checked it all at that point).. it's pretty clear that the issues from the unkempt lot to the aged product and poor quality produce that this is a case of mismanagement. An issue in one area can be overlooked, but this is a clear trend. Good news is that Frys just opened up the block and we are now spared the terrible experience of this store.
