Although this location offers a decent variety of art & crafts products, I can't say the cashiers make me feel wanted. Their attitude is a combination of " ...you took me out to wine/dine 69 me but didn't hear a damn word I said" mixed with absolute disgust/annoyance at the human race as a whole. They are never polite! Saying a simple "hello" seems to take more of an effort than taking a crap.
But I finally met someone there, Jason (possibly a manager) who offered me the best customer service I've had in the 3 plus years I've been going there. Hands down, a super nice guy! Just wish the rest of the crotchety old women behind the counter(s) would take a note & execute accordingly.
Also, I appreciate the clearance section more than one probably should, but there's so unorganized and ...an explosion of who knows what that you can't find anything :/ And finding someone on the floor who will offer to help you is not an option. But otherwise it has always been kept clean and they're pretty quick to provide seasonal merchandise.
