  • I used to love this place, and I still do like the flavors, but it's just not worth the forty min to an hour wait it takes to get ice cream from here anymore. I know they've added two new stations since first opening because of how busy they are, but I also feel like there are other measures they could take to streamline the process, i.e. taking orders first and then having the guests receive their ice cream later, like other fast food chains. During their wait, they could watch other people's ice cream be made as well. The whole process of waiting for your own station and then going to pay afterwards really hurts the experience of getting ice cream here. Additionally, I feel like the servers go unnecessarily slow. After I place my order, they kind of stumble around, looking for items they should already know the place of. Then when they're done with a group, they stand there looking around, folding their towels and talking to their coworkers instead of calling up the next group right away. If you still want to go here, be sure to go during a weekday right when they open. If you go on the weekends or anytime after 3pm, you'll be in for at least a 40 minute wait. I won't be back here until I hear they've learned to be more efficient with their customers' time. **they've also stopped serving green tea and honey here, which was my favorite flavor.
