  • I would give 5 stars for waxing service itself, but I wasn't thrilled that I waited 25minutes after my appointment time only to be changed to another waxer. My first time here and getting waxed at all. When I arrived the girl at the front made a point to tell me about checking in 9min before appointment time, which I did. Found that funny when I ended up waiting almost 30min after my appointment. I watched 5 women go back before I did (only 1 was there before me) the girls at the front just kept saying she'll be up any minute. Finally after 20minutes of waiting they decided to switch me to another waxer and then they sent the woman who came in for her 11am appointment (mine was at 10:30) back with my original waxer and I waited another 5 minutes for someone else. Not exactly professional treatment. Then I got to listen to the front girls talk about the "nasty" clogged toilet while I waited. Jackie ended up doing my wax and she was wonderful! I'll return for her service alone. Hopefully the appointment time problem was a one time thing.
