  • I had the pleasure of speaking to Troy for my recliner repair need. He took the time to speak with me and helped troubleshoot over the phone with directing me on what to look and feel for to potentially figure out what the problem is with my recliner. He informed there is a service charge if they come to me, but they would waive the service fee if I bring it in as an option. He had me look for the manufacturer and product information and had me on hold while he reached out to the company. He also provided possible quotes on what the problem may be and encouraged me to bring in my recliner and they can get it like new again. He discouraged me from placing it for sale extremely cheap, if they can repair it and can be enjoyed fully again. All and all Troy and this company I feel have gone over and beyond with that EXTRA mile, that I truly appreciate. I feel confident about their expertise and they've provided excellent customer service, since I recently had a poor experience with another local company. Thank you Troy ad Chair-A-Medic. :)
