  • While service adviser Cheryl is a definite plus for centennial Buick her hard work is undone by slow service and ridiculous typical dealer fees... Avoid Cody as he is brutish, aggressive, and a waste of oxygen. my car was not washed as promised after its service and was dripping oil after the oil change. I took the car back, Cheryl said it was just residue, they cleaned the dripping oil and sent me on my way... it STILL drips oil... so much for dealer maintenance. I will not use them again. Update: months after this review I received a phone call at my home from Cody harassing me about the review. When I attempted to politely explain my reasoning he cut me off, talked over me, bullied me, then hung up. Confirming what a waste of space he is and my choice to never use this business again.
