  • I don't think I have had an experience any worse than the one I had at Performance Ford. I purchased a Ford Fiesta ST from them. The test drive lasted about 5-10 mins where we literally went around the block. It seemed like an alright car so we continued on. Then the whole process of of buying the car I was bullied badgered and all around treated terribly by the Ford staff. At no point did I ever feel like the salesperson was trying to help me at all. After purchasing the car (worst choice I have ever made) the car rode like a boulder rolling down a mountain and drove like garbage. After attempting to to exchange the car for something else they wouldn't work with me AT ALL to try and find a solution. Attempting to get me into a 6 year old jeep wrangler with 80,000 miles and 4k over KBB. Which put my payment at almost 100 dollars more than the Fiesta ST. I will never do business with this terrible dealership again and I will be making a point to make sure everyone I know, knows exactly how terrible this place is.
