Rooms are the least impressive and not very clean. We stayed there as a business trip and the company booked there. We were offered to upgrade our room for an extra cost which we did, just to discovered we had exact the same room as the coworkers who did not pay to upgrade. The room smelled like puke so we had to have it wash, hair in the bathtub and dirty bed skirt. But the worst part came after we left the hotel. A computer monitor was forgotten on the room (we had a whole system with multiple monitors and computers), we called about 4:30 and they told us our room wasn't clean and to call in an hour. Iker called before the hour and that office was already closed (close at 5) they told us to call in an hour knowing they would be close. We left a message and receive a call 2 days later (I guess that departments isn't open during the weekend). The lady told us to send an email with the description of the monitor, out photo ID and the name of the person who would pick up. He need to show an iD. We receive a confirmation email back and they say they would I only hold it for 24hrs. (Btw it took hrs for us to get the confirmation email after we send ours). Our contact in vegas showed up with ID to pick up the monitor and the monitor want turned to him because he needed to have a fax/received... that was never mention to us not on the phone nor on the email. By then the person (of course) in charge of giving that "received" had left. At this point looks like they just don't want to return the monitor. EXTREMELY SKETCHY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE. I would give minus stars if I could. I just hope we get that monitor back.
