I feel very bad for people that pop their pho cherry at this place. I've had countless number of people warn me not to eat here. Do I listen? Of course not! The foodie in me says that I need to give every place at least one chance.
Not only do they not have a variety (no tendon, brisket, etc.), but the broth itself is so bland and boring. Pho is known for that distinct, pungent smell that sticks to your clothes for the rest of the day. Pho is known for the broth that gives it that zing! each time you take a bite. This place does not have any of those things. Luckily, we were getting our meal comped at this place. I would've been outraged if I had to pay for this crap! Their egg rolls were good, but no where near enough to make up for what they call their "pho."
I'd never eat at this place ever again. If pho is absolutely the only thing that will cure my hangover (which most of the time, it is), then I'd rather travel a few miles and eat at Pho Kim Long on Spring Mountain Rd.
FYI: Prices are higher than usual here. This place is open later (2:30 AM on Friday and Saturday and 11:30PM on Sunday-Thursday).
