I was lured in (borderline harassed with the number of constant communication attempts) by an ad that said everyone is approved, that down payment would be $300-400. I mention I would be taking an Uber and they offered to pick me up... until Josh didn't pick me up and I took an Uber anyway. After wasting three hours of my time, collecting sensitive information, etc, Josh wants to joke how he has good news and bad news. Um, in what customer service environment is that even appropriate!? Suddenly the deposit was going to be a thousand bucks and I find myself waiting for another Uber. Interestingly enough is they offer refund anticipation loans on taxes. Swifty didn't even think to pitch that. I'll take my business elsewhere. Besides, these vehicles scream that they came from the auto auction and have the smells and cigarette burns to go with it.
