| - I'm a typical girl who does not enjoy dealing with any maintenance of her car. However, whenever I do and I bring it to this Hyundai, I'm always satisfied with their customer service and leave feeling like my car has been taken care of.
I've been here a few times. The last visit was for just an oil change. I didn't make an appointment because I didn't need my car back right away. So when they quoted that it could be three hours (Saturday is definitely busy), I said sure. I was going to get picked up and could come back to retrieve my car anytime.
Hyundai called within 1.5 hours, informing me my oil change was done. My car was also washed when I came back for it. Nice!
I've been here for the major servicing, and they've always informed me of all they will do and what the charges will be. Once, they even were notified that my car could possibly have recalled parts. When I came to pick it up, after doing their research, they learned it wasn't in my car model. However, if it had been, they would have made sure I made an appointment with them to get it taken care of. They always have their work done in the time quoted, which I can't stand when it's not. Who does?!
I've dealt with lots of bad dealerships/service shops in the past, and maybe it's because it's a Hyundai. I couldn't be happier with my car and their service!
