  • We missed our breakfast buffet at another place and decided to try to find something to eat inside the Paris since we were heading to the Soleil Pool for the day. Best mistake ever! After spending a week in Vegas and eating at a lot of different places this ended up being the absolute best meal we had there hands down. Might even be the best place I've ever eaten at! Top 3 for sure. It was about noon and we wanted to sit outside. We were told it would be about a 30 minute wait to sit outside or they could find us a table inside overlooking the outside immediately. Our table was perfect! While not technically outside, we were right under the part that opens to outside so still had shade and full on air conditioning plus a lovely view and feel of the outside. It makes you feel like you are in cafe in Paris. Awesome! I started with a glass of their Sangria to get my drank on. Our waiter was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. He brought us a baguette and butter to nibble on while we picked our menu choices. That baguette is seriously good. So good in fact, that we ordered another to take as a leftover even though we had no other food left. Smear that delicious baguette with some of the butter...OMG so good! Then, we ordered Sea Scallop Gratinees to share as an appetizer. It came with 3 which seemed an odd number since most people dine in pairs but that didn't affect the taste, which was pure awesome. Now, dip your baguette pieces in the leftover mussel cream and onion/fennel marmalade from your scallops. This is even better than the butter :) For entrees, I had the special of the day which was Arctic Char with a micro green salad and orzo pasta and the bf had a Gruyere cheeseburger with hand-cut frites. My meal was perfect. Perfectly cooked and seasoned fish perfectly complemented with lemony orzo underneath it. Very good. The burger, according to my bf, was the best burger he had ever eaten. The bun was amazing and the whole thing together was melt in your mouth awesome. Not one thing overpowered another, everything put on it was made to be a complement to everything else on it. Amazing. Awesome service, fantastic view, amazing food, and the prices aren't bad either. Best place to eat on the Strip!!!
