I HAVE to say this. I know nail salons are a walk-in basis. But you can also set an appointment. I called ahead to set an appointment. Now when you set an appointment usually you're suppose to be on time and the purpose for an appointment is not to wait like the walk-ins. I walk in 10 minutes before my appointment. The place is decent. Cute. I feel like I wasn't greeted properly. They told me to sign in and sit down. So I did. Said I had an appointment. And I sat there for 30 minutes. I'm all about punctuality. To an extent. I gave em the "15 min" benefit of the doubt. You know when you are late to an appointment and after 15 minutes they make you reschedule. Yeah. I stayed. Like an idiot. A lady. I didn't get her name grabbed me and did the removal of my disaster of a grown out full set. And then a manicure with gel. It was extremely painful and I felt like they were inconsiderate on my needs. I'm not happy on how it turned out. Uneven paint. She filed/buzzed my nails to death. I'm not happy. I will not return to this salon. I work less than a quarter mile down the road. I will not recommend this place.
Pros: great color selection on gel! Cute place.
Cons: read above. Conversation is minimal.
