  • I went through the drive thru earlier today for a coffee. I was asked to wait ahead of the drive thru after my payment by a blonde employee. Apparently they were out and were going to make some fresh coffee. Okay. I waited 20 minutes, I stepped out of my car and walked inside and asked the same girl if the coffee was ready. Clearly she had forgotten. I get it...it happens to the best of us. I just didn't appreciate the look she gave me after she handed me my coffee. Like it was an inconvenience for her. No apology or anything! people these days and their lack of manners.
