| - This place has definitely improve since it open. The menu has been diversified but at the same time very simple and clear. I like how they make some of the simple dishes, creative. Of course, this first time back I was very un-original and ordered the pho thai ribeye steak and the spring rolls. The spring rolls were plump and fat, meaning they were large and delish on it's own, but their peanut sauce for dipping has quite a bite, nutty and spicy! The pho thai ribeye steak was a lot, I wish I had a larger stomach! The broth was less MSGish, which is good, for me...I didn't leave with a feeling of heavy greasy tummy. The flavor and aroma in their pho was just enough!
As dessert, I split a Vietnamese coffee with a colleague...talk about quality coffee! The coffee they use is strong and aromatic. Let's say once I left and went back to work, I was wired!
This is definitely a place I will return over and over again to try all the new creative dishes they have. Next time, lobster pho!!!
