  • I went to this optical place to get an eye exam for my daughter. The staff was quite rude and abrupt. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. I came back with my daughter and luckily she didn't need glasses as we originally had feared. Well, the staff became downright nasty and basically threw us out of the store because they assumed we wouldn't be needing to buy anything from them. On top of it, I overheard them on the phone being rude to someone else. Not sure who they think they are but I would not recommend this optical place to anyone. They need to learn the value of customer relationship building.
