  • Lynn I would go back and check your credit card statement as our credit card company once again refunded me and closed the investigation. You kept bringing up termites to them and yes while that was part of our verbiage when we gave them the backstory on ALL of the things (there were many) that were missed in this inspection, the complaint was OFFICIALLY never about termites and you know it, it was about the wall that your inspector said in his report was in good condition which it was nott it was completely separating from the other wall (pics don't lie see my profile pic. Is that not a separating wall)? This was only one thing that was not picked up on (amongst many others) that cost us $$$ to repair. No one ever asked you to pay for a remodel we simply wanted our money back for services that we felt were not rendered appropriately I don't think that's asking too much. Might I suggest perhaps in the future you take the time to get your facts straight and think twice about what you're posting on the Internet because some of your words are in fact slanderous. No one threatened you or made fraudulent accusations and and you know that. You own a business expect reviews. We had a horrible, traumatic experience dealing with the inadequacies of your companies practices let's just leave it at that and let the public decide for themselves. You cannot deny your business is listed on the rip off report and not by me. That in and of itself speaks volumes about a businesses integrity. I am certainly not the only one complaining.
