  • Something has definitely changed with this Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Things have been going down hill as of late. My most recent experience was this afternoon. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Vietnamese Cold Brew. I thought it was odd at the speaker that I wasn't asked for a size, but figured it would probably be large. When I finally got to the window (there was only one car in front of me), I had to wait another five minutes for someone to actually open the window and then she asked what I ordered! I told her, we confirmed a size and then they had to go make it! When I got the drink it tasted terrible. The coffee was bitter and it tasted like they dumped a jar of sugar into the drink, almost like they were out of condensed milk and they were trying to replicate the flavor. This store used to keep it's drive thru line moving and have quality customer service. Not so much any more. This one is on my way home, but there is one closer to my office but a little out of the way. I think I'll go there from now on.
