  • Wow is all I can say. I have spent a fair chunk of change over the years at best buy but I will never come back to this location. I walked into the store and 2 employees were at the front neither of them bothered to greet me or even nod in my direction. I then pass 3 other employees and none of them aknowledge me. I get the charger I needed and walk to the front. No one was at the check out counter and there was one person in front of me. I see 4 people at the customer service counter all talking to each other. This stores needs customer service training immediately
