  • I am very busy healthcare professional and I had to get new place close to work quickly as my old rental agreement was about to expire. Saw the property , emailed and got approved next day, paperwork was ready the day of moving and all I had to do pick up my keys, they respond to emails quickly. The day I moved in I noticed that front door window was broken as we had big storm night before, Jeff send someone to fix it same week, there was a little delay because of my work schedule, they sent technicians in on my chosen time, which is a huge plus for me as I work nights and usually sleep in till later afternoon. I haven't had any issues with town home since so not much to add.
