I sent a package out of state, paid extra for express and signature approval for them to type the address incorrectly after I told him several times the address was incorrect. Sure enough the package didn't arrive and now the other fedex location wants me to pay more for them to resend to the correct address. To the tall dark haired employee with the sloppy fingers, perhaps you should take a typing course. The entire process was sloppy I even handed you my phone with the correct address. I understand it's the end of the day, people wanna go home. But if that was the case you could have asked us to come back or wait and let someone else who isn't in a rush to leave to assist us. Poor poor services next time I'll just do standard mail or ups, sure they tend to be careless but at least shit arrives to its
correct destination and on time!
