  • Don't buy their maintenance package!!! They don't include any basic standard tuneup items!!! All they do is try to sell you high margin add on parts. And this year they tried to sell me $380 for basic tuneup items they have advertised on their website for $169!! I showed this to the service tech and he just shrugged his shoulders and said it would be $380 unless I extended for four more years. Called the main office and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and no one returned my call. Will never use these guys again!
