I invited out of town guests out to dinner. They were not big fans of Indian cuisines so I thought I would take them to a favorite of mine. They were apprehensive at first as we had to wait 30 minutes. I told them it is worth the wait. From the moment we sat down they started to get excited. They warned us that the food takes a little bit to prepare as everything is made from scratch. After a pleasant wait or food was served. They were thrilled and said they have a new found love for the food. For me I know just how good it is at The Dhaba. My joy was sharing such a great meal with my friends and them having that kind of reaction. Still the best in my book.
