rev:text	So my Husband and I just got married yesterday. (10-4-16) We booked the gold rush tower deluxe room over a month ago. We thought it would be just big enough and nice enough to stay for 4 nights. Just to inform you this hotel room DOES NOT COME WITH A REFRIGERATOR and the Keurig k-cups which are by Diedrich and Green Mountain Coffee which both taste terrible ARE $10 DOLLARS TO USE and another $10 to refill. So DON'T DRINK THE COFFEE. The tub this morning did not work correctly, maintenance had to fix the diverter lever to convert the water from the tub spigot to the shower head. Housekeeping came by while we were out on Fremont street. They took our dirty cups, two dirty towels, turned down the bed and when we came back, that is when I noticed they did not replace the k-cups, so I called housekeeping. That is when I found out the coffee was $10 dollars. This was the final straw. We went down stairs management was VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH. The front receptionist refused to call them 2 times. That is when I refused to move until I talked to management. A manager finally came out. She said that she would make everything right. She took off outr resort fee. Gave us a refill on the two k-cups we used and sent up a refrigerator. Now I appreciate this and I know that I should be thankful that they sent up a refrigerator. But you need to see this refrigerator it looks like it has been dropped down 4 flights of stairs. Guest need to pay extra money to have a refrigerator just like this put in their room. This place is something else. If you have a choice stay somewhere else!!!!!!!
