  • After our ac distributor blew at midnight and it was already 88 degrees inside before 10am. Only to find out the incorrect service was requested by the property manager to the home warranty company I was near tears. I was told all their techs were totally booked for the day. Within the hour I get a call back saying they found someone that could see me RIGHT NOW, could I be there? I thankfully hadn't packed the baby and dog in the car to hit a hotel yet. They sent Emilio out! He was fantastic, quick, tidy and just an awesome guy! He tracked down the part and had everything in top working order (including finding/picking up and repair) within 4 hours. He showed up exactly when he said he would too! I can't thank them enough for saving our day!!
