| - Adam and I are exploring the different ramen bars in town searching for the best one. We came to this restaurant as it is close to where I live. This is a place I'd come back to again and again. The menu had so many options but it was definitely a bit pricey. I'm a fan of shoyu and Adam loves tonkatsu.
I had shoyu with thin noodles, corn, butter, and an egg.
Adam has tonkatsu with thick noodles, an egg, and extra pork belly.
Both were packed with flavor and delicious.
Mine was, of course, not spicy enough. The owner graciously offered me some of his special chili oil and after adding if I devoured the remaining ramen like noodle genocide. However, has I known they had a special of fiery ramen I would have ordered that. That is definitely on my mind for next visit.
Oh, we also orders the garlic edamame and it's a perfect appetizer. Nice and hot with just enough garlic but not overbearing.
Service is great, wait staff is attentive and friendly. What is better than the owner making recommendations and seeing him clean tables. That's when you know someone cares about their restaurant.
In the words is the terminator, "I'll be back".
