| - If I could sum this place up in one word : BOMBTASTIC! But, since I cannot bring myself to say that little about this restaurant, I will go ahead and divulge all of it's amazing-ness in this review - or to the best of my ability because, of course, words cannot do it justice! I'm going to go ahead and start with the cocktails...which is where my meals usually start their journey! Ok, the Bloody Mary......YUM. I don't know how the bartenders do it, because after-all it really is just a generic bottle of bloody mary mix to which they spruce up a bit and make their own. Yet, I always find myself slurping up the very last drops, even after the ice starts to melt a little and I'm left with a tiny bit more! These BMs leave me craving "just one more!" every time. The mimosas are also very generic but just as delicious. Maybe it's the fact that I am so excited to be eating at Bouchon that makes them taste that much better! Who knows! But on to the food.....! Where on earth do I start!? I think I have tried every possible item on the menu and I have not one complaint! The pastries, such as the strawberry croissant is HEAVENLY! It's almost like fried and crumbly and oh my goodness, I could eat twenty of them in one sitting. The chocolate croissants are just as delectable but I definitely prefer the strawberry one! All of the breakfast entrees hit the spot, depending on what you feel like! I have had the Les Ouffes and that was so delicious. An egg, Two croquettes (a fried potatoe mixture that looks like mozzarella sticks, which not to mention are dangerously good), bacon or sausage and toast. You will be stuffed! The Pommes Frites (french fries) are outstanding and the portion is tremendous! This restaurant is awesome! Every time I come I sit outside because you have a nice little view of the pool area at the Venetian and it's a good spot to be! Do be sure to make reservations for breakfast because there WILL be a wait!
