| - This company is the epitome of what good customer service is all about! I found New Living Pools through a Yelp search, looking for a company to service my new pool weekly and while speaking with the owner, Chris, I mentioned that I wanted to install automation but needed to find someone to do the install of the equipment I was going to buy. He asked me what system I was looking at and I told him Hayward Aqua Plus salt water system with automation and Aqua Connect to control all the functions from my cell phone or computer. I told him I found a really good price for the equipment at about $1700 - $1800 for everything and asked him how much he would charge for installation. He told me he would call me back in a few moments and when he did, he said he could supply the equipment and install it for $1800! I was floored because it pretty much the same amount I would have to pay for just the equipment. I was expecting to pay several hundred dollars for the install since I knew it would be an all day job. Chris explained that he was able to get a really good deal from the Hayward rep so he passed it on to me. This saved me at least $300 - $400 and he could have easily called back and said he would charge $400 - $500 for the install but he went above and beyond and passed on a great deal to save me a bundle of money. I really appreciate his integrity and honesty in this, there are not many people out there that still operate with this level of integrity.
Chris came out to install the whole salt water system with automation and web/Smartphone control this morning and spent the whole day working on installing the system. He just finished and everything is working beautifully. We can now control everything on our pool with our computer or Smartphone app. In addition, he even checked and balanced the chemicals in my new pool, which were horribly off and did not charge us a dime for it and even gave us the rest of the month free! I am just so happy I found New Living Pools, I know they are going to do an incredible job keeping our pool crystal clear and clean.
I have done my research and New Living Pools has the best reputation of any pool service in the west valley. I found several other review sites and they are all the same, singing the praises of the owner, Chris, and his dedicated and hard working staff. You will be hard pressed to find a better and more dependable company to work with. I highly recommend them!
