  • My former rating was a joke. There are some good people working here. Unfortunately, the one girl in there is almost impossible to deal with. A coworker was so offended today, she said she wanted to beat up the girl at Subway. If you really want to experience the worst customer service in Cleveland, go to this Subway. I really can't stand the girl who works there either. I think anyone who eats lunch here feels the same. They need to fire her.
