| - We were referred here after a miscarriage and years of infertility, due to unknown reasons. We started the IVF process in January 2016 and became pregnant the very next month! We recently had our perfect baby girl 40 weeks and 4 days later.
PROS: We have the most beautiful and healthy baby girl. There's nothing better than that. Therefore, they deserve more than 5 stars!!
The hours for blood draws are super convenient and they're open 7 days a week.
The office is very clean.
They are great at what they do with high success rates.
They referred us to their cord blood storage bank.
CONS: They sent us a bill for a frozen embryo stored in their bank from 2014 from another patient. We were not even patients at that time. We can only hope our remaining frozen embryos from January 2016 are safe.
They repeatedly failed to call in the prescription meds ahead of time, which left us (always) scrambling hours before injections needed to begin.
We were never given an IVF coordinator, so I was always unsure of whom to contact when I had a question. Often times, I would resort to the Internet.
At my final ultrasound, my feet were in the stirrups and the doctor was on his phone the entire time, while the ultrasound tech did her business.
The way they deal with insurance companies is a mess. To this day, we are still trying to get the issues resolved.
On the business end, there is room for improvement. Regardless, we would recommend the Fertility Center of Las Vegas to any one due to their success rates, research, and trusted medical practices. They gave us a precious life and expanded our family. We can't thank FCLV enough.
