Pretty cool concept here where there are multiple types of classes you can potentially take here. Came as part of a Yelp event and we got to try out a few classes.
Hip hop was super cool. We had 2 teachers that went
Through different styles with us like krumping. Was really a great workout!
Next I tried out tae kwon doe. We did a few kicks and the teacher was super enthusiastic with being loud. She was quite funny too!
Lastly I got to try out aerial silks. It wasn't my first time but it was first for a lot of my friends. We all enjoyed it and got to try out super cool moves like hanging upside down and such. I got really dizzy from it! The teacher was really bubbly and tried to engage everyone. Some of the moves were not so clear but he went around the room to help some of us.
Overall it was a really great venue. At times it was too loud . Especially when j wanted to hear the teacher for hip hop I couldn't because of the loud noise from tkd. Also if there was yoga happening at the same time I would probably prefer a more serene environment for yoga.
The change Rooms were great tho! It was clean and lockers with keys were provided by the venue free.
A really nice a big viewing area in the lobby. And there were other classes too like art classes. Really enjoyed the art they have displayed!
Great area as well with ample parking.
