Been searching for a truck for a while so I could get out of my Jeep lease. Been to a few dealerships around the valley with no luck. Most of them would lowball me on my trade and play the typical car dealership games. Found a GMC Canyon on Autonations website and it was equipped exactly the way we wanted. I had worked with them before when I bought my wifes cars from them so I called and spoke to my former salesperson. Made appointment to view the truck and they had it clean and ready from me to test drive when I arrived. They had the truck priced $1700 less then what it booked for and gave me the highest value that I had received for my trade. The window sticker on the truck said it had a bed liner but there was none in the truck. I mentioned it to Deb Ponticelli (our EXCELLENT sales person) and she spoke to the manager and they agreed to put a spray in bed liner at not additional cost. We came to agreement on numbers and went into the finance office. Nick Pitts was our finance manager and made the entire process very comfortable and no pressure. He was even able to get us an extended warranty that fit our budget. From start to finish our experience with AutoNation, Deb, and Nick was nothing but professional and a welcome experience after working with other dealers in the Valley. We will go now where else and will also recommend them to family and friends!
