I had more than one negative service experience here - the first time I thought the stylist was having a bad day, but then I realized it was the culture to treat customers like dirt when they request more or ask for something the stylist doesn't want (based on hearing a conversation with another guest/stylist).
The other time I asked for a color job that was common but she didn't feel like doing foils and sighed that it was going to take forever - even though I knew this and I specially booked extra time.
The final straw was when I went in for a color and she had all the color on my hair - and realized only after applying it ALL it was the completely wrong formula - not a shade wrong but night/day opposite color wrong. She corrected it, didn't offer the salon to pay for mistake, (any other salon would do this) and pretended it was no big deal! My hair was like hay after all the triple processing.
Overall they have a talented staff, but the customer service is lacking to the point of utter disappointment.
