Went in fir my initial maintenance on my 2018 Camry Hybrid. Could not locate the service department from the street anywhere. Had to drive completely around the dealership to find it. Once I found it things went smoothly. Greeted and helped by a very friendly Matthew Trumbo. Wrote up service and sent me to the nice waiting area. Television, wifi, free excellent coffee, and spectacular donuts and pastries from Winchell's. About a hour and a half later service completed and on my way home. Couldn't ask for anything more. Great service appointment. Hope it continues.
