I would have given them 1 star were it not for Bob - the only gem on a staff of poorly trained, unhelpful idiots.
But, let's start with the quality of the course...because that's what most people care about.
If you're one of those people that loses a lot of balls in the trees, fear not - at Silverwing, there are no trees so you don't tend to lose a lot of balls. The drawback of this is that it's not a pretty course...and I'm not just talking about the scenery. Both the fairways and the greens leave a lot to be desired in terms of maintenance.
$70 for 18 holes is not worth it to golf this course, but they do have some decent specials for things like 9 and dine. I think an after work special is around $30.
Of course - this assumes that you actually get out on the course and that the incompetent staff have not tried to jack you for an extra $50, or tell you that you can't use a free round that you booked when you called them.
I do need to give a special shout out to Bob - this guy understands service and is just so friendly, especially at the early hours of the morning. If the GM of the course reads this, you need more Bobs...and fewer other "managers" that have no understanding of customer service or manners.
