  • When it came time to buy a house, there was only one person we trusted to represent us and that was Meghan Klibanoff. As first time home buyers, we couldn't have been in better hands. We were totally unfamiliar with the real estate world and Meghan promptly and accurately answered every question we had or clarification we needed. After our offer was accepted, she was so thorough in explaining every step that followed. Meghan's knowledge of the Phoenix-Metro area is SO impressive and played a huge part in our successful home search. Even though she's a Phoenix native, she puts a lot of effort in continuing to learn and familiarize herself with all the different neighborhoods the valley has to offer to be able to serve her clients better. She is patient, honest and a great listener! House hunting can be stressful (especially if you and your husband/wife have different priorities) and Meghan made the process EASY and FUN! I would recommend Meghan to ANYONE looking to buy or sell. She's professional and personable and knows her stuff!!
