  • That the dishes she taught us to prepare were delicious was almost secondary to Maria's teaching method. Deeply engaging, animated, with an encyclopedic knowledge about the Polish culinary tradition. Add a dash of Polish music and song to the workshops and you have the makings of a real theatrical experience. Cooking as live theatre. Brilliantly conceived and highly recommended. I am grateful for having taken two of her classes, and looking forward to more!
