| - Like Jennifer Z put it, this place IS SO GOOD!
I see it as a Chipotle version of poke.
Choose your fish. Or not, they have imitation crab and omelettes for those who don't eat fish. Unless you choose one from the $5.95 protein options of spicy tuna, sweet omelette, krab, or sweet shrimp, you'll probably end up paying more for your burrito or bowl then one of their thought-out burritos on the menu.
Then choose your wrapping. Seaweed and soy paper are more popular. I have yet to see anyone eat theirs in a tortilla. Then top it off with veggies and crispy toppings. Their salsa bar is a little underwhelming, though, as I'm not sure watery salsas go well with these burritos, which are more Japanese than Mexican. I just go with the ginger
Yes, the sizes are a tad smaller than that of SoHo, but I think it's a perfect size: It's just enough to get me full, but not make me uncomfortably so.
Besides being delicious, I really really like that Jaburritos tries to to be eco-friendly. There are recycling bins inside and they use sustainable furniture.
Give them a try!
