  • They get one star only because they HAVE to have a star to post this. This place is absolutely ATROCIOUS! The office staff is unreliable, rude, useless, and money hungry! They've yet to do anything about the CONSTANT violence including the SHOOTING that took place at building 1 (be warned). The homeless man that stays on the roof access stairwell of building 10 who broke into peoples cars consistently and broke into MY APARTMENT when I was 9 months pregnant. Told the office and they didn't do anything. The homeless man continues to squat there. And let's talk about the drug dealers renting from them who have caused ample issues up to and including *Knife fights in the parking lot for debt. Uhauls speeding in and out with stolen merchandise. Constant domestic violence (from the same person) that I myself have WITNESSED and had to call the cops about after seeing a poor women get punched in the face. And guess what? They ALL still live there. Haven't been evicted for disturbances. This is what you get when you live here. Ghetto, rude, over priced bullshit. Good luck if you live here. You're setting yourself up for FAILURE.
