  • I had a very similar "Seinfeld Moment" to one of the other raters. Having driven by their location many times per week and seeing the large sign outside that advertises "1 hr service" I figured that they would charge a premium for the one hr service and having put off my dry-cleaning too long decided it made sense for me to pay extra. When I went in and asked for the one hr service the lady behind the counter snorted and said "We don't do that" and quoted me 8hrs to get it back. When i asked why it said 1hr on her sign she said "That means we clean laundry on site". When I asked for clarification as to what that meant she said "Take your dry-cleaning and go somewhere else" she then turned and walked into the back of the shop and left me standing at the front counter. I was left stunned, holding my dry-cleaning and wondering what had just happened. Needless to say I will not be returning.
