I started attending classes at Moving Breath Pilates in 2007 after I was injured in a car accident. I had lower back pain and terrible pain in my right shoulder. The Pilates practice I learned at Moving Breath was life changing for me. My back and shoulder pain were greatly diminished after only a few months of Pilates and the pain was completely gone after one year. My posture improved, I had "abs" for the first time in my life and I had a new passion. Moving Breath Pilates is a special place and Virginia Nicholas is a master teacher and healer.
