  • TERRIBLE. I has the $99 special done last week and the carpet looked great! HOWEVER, once it dried I noticed a sticky, greasy residue. I called and they sent out another crew yestreday. The guys were great and said the previous crew must have used too much cleaning solution and cleaned again. They also tried to sell me a tile and grout cleaning, saying my tile could be the cause. I declined since I had just cleaned the tile myself. Today the carpets are still covered in a sticky greasy residue. It's all over, not just traffic areas, so it didn't come from my feet and tile. I called again and they said a manager would call me back within 2 business days. Today is tuesday, March 21, 2017. We'll see what happens.
